Tammy leads talent and recruitment at Orchestra, the parent agency to BerlinRosen, and Brightmode, our external search firm. She helps build strategic teams across the agency network and for clients. Tammy first joined Orchestra as the head of BerlinRosen’s talent team, where she operationalized hiring and supported the organization’s scale from 160 to 330+ employees.
