Executive Vice President
Stephanie Mueller is an Executive Vice President and the head of the D.C. office. She leads the issue advocacy practice, focusing on issues ranging from health care to energy to gender and racial equity. She applies decades of experience to developing and executing winning campaigns, leads the firm’s media training work, and provides crisis communications guidance. Before joining BerlinRosen, she led communications for an association of abortion providers, managed political communications for a union and worked on political campaigns. She directed Colorado communications for the 2008 Obama campaign, followed by three years as Press Secretary at the U.S. Department of Energy. When not working, she spends time with her family and writes and reads fiction.
