As part of the Growth team at Orchestra, the parent agency to BerlinRosen, Shachi Shah’s expertise lies in synthesizing information into cohesive narratives and visual identities. With an eye for detail and skill in digital design, she focuses her energy on shaping strategic approaches and creating custom design solutions for new client proposals and pitches. Leveraging her design-thinking toolkit, she facilitates culture-building workshops within her team. Prior to joining Orchestra, she graduated with a master’s in strategic design and management from Parsons with departmental honors. She has also completed a number of internships across the advertising, publishing and creative industries in India and the United States. She’s always up for the next hiking adventure, come rain, shine or snow!
