Rob Hawkins leads BerlinRosen’s Washington, D.C. municipal lobbying practice as Head of D.C. Government Relations. Previously, he was a partner and chair of the District of Columbia Government Relations Practice at Nelson Mullins. Before that, Rob served as Communications Director, Deputy General Counsel and Deputy Chief of Staff to Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser. He also directed the communications and legislative work of four legislative committees chaired by then-Councilmember Bowser.
