Kelly Vingelis is the Senior Vice President of Digital Advertising at BerlinRosen, managing a team of advertising strategists and traffickers working across practice areas, from advocacy to politics to product marketing. Kelly and her team deliver best-in-class advertising through customized media planning and data-driven acquisition, awareness, persuasion and mobilization strategies. Kelly specializes in performance-based advertising and believes that online ads are the most effective medium to drive results in the offline world. Before joining BerlinRosen, Kelly was the Vice President of Digital Advertising at Revolution Messaging. Kelly’s dream is to one day change her home state of Virginia from a purple state into a beautiful blue stronghold.
