Julia Debo is Chief of Staff to the CEO at Orchestra, the parent agency to BerlinRosen. Julia drives cross-network collaboration and integration across Orchestra’s eight partner companies. She works closely with leadership on team structure, employee learning programs and strategic initiatives to ensure excellent client service. Additionally, Julia supports our clients at the intersection of entertainment, culture and social impact. Among other projects, her work includes artist advocacy, arts education, content and film, corporate social responsibility, and celebrity and influencer talent engagement. A recovering New Yorker, Julia now resides in Washington, DC with her growing collection of houseplants.
