Courtney Diggs is a Talent Associate at Orchestra, the parent agency to BerlinRosen, and Brightmode, our external search firm. Courtney provides expert support for the team’s day-to-day initiatives to find high-quality talent and build diverse candidate pools. Before joining Orchestra, Courtney served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at WarnerMedia by recruiting and overseeing the media company’s temporary and freelance roles. When she’s not at work, Courtney likes hitting the gym and finding new dishes to cook.
