Chelsea Osterweil is a Senior Talent Manager at Orchestra, the parent agency to BerlinRosen, and Brightmode, our external search firm, where she leads hiring for our advocacy roles. She brings six years of talent acquisition experience in both the nonprofit and corporate spaces. Before joining Orchestra, Chelsea worked at a reproductive rights nonprofit organization where she owned and executed full-time and campus hiring, organized and managed the annual summer internship program, and was the in-house instructional designer for their learning and development initiatives. Chelsea has a special love for Broadway shows and has seen 60+ in her life thus far; she is more than happy to share and receive recommendations!
