Caitlin Offinger is the Head of Growth at Orchestra, the parent agency to BerlinRosen. She leads a team of business development and marketing professionals to shape Orchestra’s external voice within the communications industry and for new client engagements. She works across all firm practice areas to shape the most impactful strategies to develop partnerships with new clients across sectors. Before joining Orchestra, Caitlin managed business development at American Express and the Podesta Group. She has directed fundraising for top national Democratic Party committees, members and candidates and coordinated special projects for the 2008 Obama campaign in Pennsylvania.
