BerlinRosen strives to offer a comprehensive and best-in-class benefits package. Each year, we take on an extensive compensation research project to ensure that our salary bands are at or above the salary bands of our competitors. Additionally, we review the benefits offered at competitor firms to ensure our compensation packages are at least aligned, if not even more generous.
Here’s what we offer.
Benefits
- 100% of In-network Health Insurance Premiums covered by BerlinRosen. That means you pay $0 monthly for an in-network medical plan, dental plan and vision plan. If you have dependents, you only pay 30% of the premium while BerlinRosen covers 70%.
- For the out-of-network medical plan, employees are only responsible for paying 15 – 32% of the monthly premium while BerlinRosen covers the rest.
- HRA included with Medical Plan. For all staff who enroll in medical benefits with BerlinRosen, individuals are automatically enrolled in a Health Reimbursement Account worth $5,500 per year. If you have dependents on your medical plan, the HRA is worth $11,000 per year. The HRA can be used for the deductible and coinsurance components for qualified medical exams, infertility treatments and ambulances.
- Flexible Spending Account. Employees can set aside money from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis to pay for medical co-pays, prescriptions and other eligible expenses. FSA Dependent Care can be used for babysitting, child/elder-care, afterschool programs and summer camp for qualified dependents.
- Mental health assistance can be accessed via company-sponsored memberships to Talkspace and Calm in addition to in-network providers via the medical plan.
- 401K at BerlinRosen kicks in immediately—that means no vesting period and up to a 4% employer match.
- Pre-tax commuter benefits allow staff to use pre-tax dollars for parking and public transportation.
- Mobile phone reimbursement covers your voice and data plan each month (if you’re on a group/family plan, just your portion is reimbursable).
