What We’re Up To
BerlinRosen, the Observer’s top-ranked firm in its annual Power 50 rankings, invests in the expansion of its digital advertising services with recently-appointed VP of Digital Advertising Kelly Vingelis.
Vingelis leads the team responsible for expanding the firm’s digital advertising capabilities. BerlinRosen now offers expanded media planning and buying across strategies, including awareness, persuasion, acquisition, and turnout. The firm’s ads team offers social media, programmatic, SEM, OTT, and publisher-direct advertising solutions, all handled 100% in-house out of BerlinRosen’s New York headquarters.
“Kelly brings great expertise in advocacy, political, and commercial spaces executing and leading digital advertising work. With her addition, we’ve become an all-encompassing campaign advertising agency and can now offer deeper media planning with blazing fast turnaround and execution” says Jonathan Rosen, Principal and Co-Founder. “Our team utilizes top-of-the-line data and targeting to reach real people and drive real results for our clients. They ensure that every campaign, no matter the size or budget, has access to the same high-quality data that presidential campaigns and Fortune 500 companies have.”
Vingelis arrives after acting as VP of Advertising at Revolution Messaging, where she planned, placed, optimized and reported on media plans for national candidates and advocacy organizations. Prior to that, she worked at GMMB, where she planned and bought media across platforms.
“I am beyond thrilled to be joining the BerlinRosen team and helping to take our digital advertising to the next level. I approach media from an audience perspective; I don’t build paid media plans – I build audience outreach plans. As advertisers, we have more pressure on us than ever to be hyper-diligent with our targeting and prove that every dollar and impression matter. I’m excited to lead the team here and help some amazing organizations make a lasting impact,” says Vingelis.
Vingelis joins BerlinRosen’s digital leadership which includes Executive Vice Presidents Josh Cook and Alex Field, Senior Vice Presidents Katharine Offinger and Quincey Smith and fellow Vice President Claire Darby.
Since the practice area was officially established in 2014, BerlinRosen’s digital practice has grown to more than 30 experts and services some of the largest companies, advocacy organizations, unions, innovators and candidates in the country – having a hand in nearly 200 races in 2018.
