Frances Balagtas is a Director of Business Development on the Growth team at Orchestra, the parent agency to BerlinRosen. She helps drive new client engagement and craft comprehensive and impactful proposal responses across practice areas, including Technology and Innovation, Real Estate and Digital. Before joining Orchestra, Frances was a member of Parsons Corporation’s proposal operations team, where she led proposal development and supported firmwide business development initiatives. Previously, she served as the Communications Director for UniPro, a nonprofit that engages the Filipino American community through collaboration, advocacy and education. A New Jersey native, she now lives in Los Angeles and enjoys watching horror movies and spoiling her two cats.
