Rachel Schwartz is the Vice President of People Operations at Orchestra, the parent agency to BerlinRosen. She ensures that the employee experience at Orchestra is the best it can be, implementing systems and processes from performance management and professional development to staff engagement and resource groups. Rachel comes to Orchestra with 10+ years experience in the non-profit and education sectors, most recently managing the Substitute Teaching Office with the San Francisco Unified School District. She is a proud native New Yorker who still hopes to fulfill her high school yearbook prediction of becoming a bar mitzvah dancer.
