Katie Barr is a Partner at Orchestra, where she co-leads the firm’s Public Affairs practice and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Glen Echo Group. A trusted advisor to executives, policymakers and industry leaders, Barr counsels some of the world’s leading technology companies on high-stakes communications, policy engagement and reputation management. Known for translating complex issues into compelling narratives and building coalitions, her expertise spans issue advocacy, message architecture and stakeholder engagement—helping organizations navigate complex policy environments and drive meaningful outcomes. Barr leads multidisciplinary teams executing sophisticated public affairs campaigns that elevate executive leadership, shape public discourse and position emerging technologies at the intersection of policy, business and innovation. Prior to joining Orchestra, she worked at Qorvis Communications counseling clients on public relations, grassroots mobilization, issue advocacy and digital engagement. Earlier in her career, she worked at Trippi & Associates under renowned political strategist Joe Trippi, contributing to award-winning campaigns for political organizations, nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies.
