Jameka Knott joined BerlinRosen as the Director of Human Resources to strengthen the strategic plan of the firm by solidifying its Human Resources department, its learning and development practices, and its employee engagement and compliance. Jameka comes to BerlinRosen after several years working as the sole HR practitioner for Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, a 126-year-old settlement house on the Upper East Side, in diverse areas such as education, legal advocacy, older adult care and homelessness. A graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in psychology, Jameka is a native New Yorker, born and raised in the Bronx and now residing in Brooklyn. Jameka has a great love of travel, music and movies.
