Diana Choi is the Vice President of Operations at Orchestra, the parent agency to BerlinRosen. She is responsible for firmwide upgrades to systems and policies from a lens of employee engagement and has led projects for new software, compensation analysis and performance management. Before joining Orchestra, Diana spearheaded people-ops initiatives and stewarded full-cycle recruitment for key leadership and research roles at a social impact startup. In an earlier life, her day-to-day ran the gamut of logistics, events, merchandising and marketing at a growing skincare e-commerce company. Diana has professional experience catering and developing recipes at a Brooklyn-based test kitchen; she once made over 100 tiny olive oil cakes for her sister’s wedding.
