Cindy Chou has a passion for technology. Since graduating cum laude from The George Washington University in 2018, she has had the privilege of working with organizations on the cutting-edge and at the intersection of technology and policy. Highly skilled at building, executing and managing communications programs and materials, she has managed to combine her love of volunteering with her affection for technology, working with teens to learn and teach them how to build PCs on their own.
