Bryan Nieder is a Vice President of Operations at BerlinRosen. He is responsible for firmwide upgrades to systems and policies from a lens of employee engagement and has led projects for new software, compensation analysis and performance management. Bryan comes to BR with 15+ years experience working at advertising and television production studios with a focus on talent, project and operations management. Most recently, he led R/GA Studios’ talent and recruitment teams across six global offices. At play, Bryan enjoys gardening, making maple syrup, traipsing and foraging through the forest, and cheering on his favorite basketball team, the Detroit Pistons.
