Matt Lopez brings years of experience in politics to his work at BerlinRosen lifting up the voices of working people, affirming the basic dignity of every individual, and fighting for economic and racial justice. Before joining BerlinRosen, Matt served as deputy press secretary for U.S. Senator Kamala D. Harris in her Washington, D.C. office, where he worked with national, state, and local press to lift up the senator’s voice and priorities. Matt has also worked on the communications team at Priorities USA and the Clinton Foundation, as well as on the re-election campaign for Rep. Julia Brownley (CA-26). Matt is originally from Thousand Oaks, California and graduated from Stanford University with a degree in political science.
