    • One Vanderbilt

      BerlinRosen helped SL Green Realty, the largest owner of commercial property in New York City, gain approval for One Vanderbilt, an iconic 1,401-foot office tower that will support more than $220 million in public transit improvements in and around Grand Central Terminal. BerlinRosen led an aggressive earned and paid media campaign, which included broad, positive coverage of the project and overwhelmingly favorable editorials and public support. BerlinRosen is now working with SL Green on a marketing and publicity campaign in support of leasing for the new tower. 

    • TWA Hotel

      BerlinRosen collaborated with MCR Development, the seventh-largest hotel owner-operator in the United States, on the widely-lauded conversion plan to rehabilitate the legendary TWA Flight Center at JFK International Airport into a world-class 505-room hotel. Covered by top hospitality, design, and lifestyle outlets from around the world, Eero Saarinen’s internationally-revered Midcentury Modern landmark will be ushered into a new life, mirroring its 1962 design aesthetic and delivering an on-site airport hotel to New York’s premier international gateway.

    • VIA 57 West

      BerlinRosen partnered with The Durst Organization on the highly-anticipated launch of star architect Bjarke Ingels’ iconic VIA 57 West residential building on Manhattan’s Far West Side. With its tetrahedral shape and textured metallic cladding, the 709-unit residential tower has emerged as a highly celebrated architectural icon, profiled in the most influential architecture, design, and urban innovation outlets, from Vogue to 60 Minutes.
